Hornist, Composer, and Peak Performance Coach LYDIA LOWERY BUSLER began her professional career at age 16 with the Boston Symphony Orchestra and her composing career at the same time writing for high school dance troupes. Lydia has performed with the New York City Ballet, Brooklyn Philharmonic, José Limón Dance Company, and Manhattan Chamber Orchestra, as well as holding the position of Solo Horn with the Rome Festival Opera. Ms. Busler's collaborative partners have been pianists Elizabeth Metcalfe, Simone Dinnerstein and Mary Au, violinists Raymond Karl Malone and Jose Miguel Cueto, percussionist Dov Michael Schiller, tubist Tony Clements, bassist Glenn Smith, and hornist Jeffrey Agrell as well as the late playwright Lars Nielsen.
Lydia is an Evercoach/Mindvalley-accredited Certified Life Coach and Six-Phase Meditation Trainer, Mu Phi Epsilon ACME internationally accredited clinician-performer-composer, Siegried's Call Artist, and holds two certificates of Personal Business Mentor Training from the Holistic School of Business. She also holds a BS Magna cum laude in Music Performance and a BS Magna cum laude in Applied Art - Intaglio Printmaking, both from the University of New Hampshire. Lydia is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers. Her works are performed all over the world and are recorded on Affetto-Naxos. Lydia has enjoyed the honor to serve in the role of writer and facilitator of Small Group Ministries since 2010, an activity of circle witnessing.
